    The first and main responsibility of the Associate Planner is to support the European Planning processes aligning Product, Finance, Digital, Marketing, CX stakeholders.

    Secondly, the candidate initiates and maintains projects/analysis that contribute to optimization of the Foot Locker Sales, margin and inventory, by working on test and trials with new and existing tools and technologies (Stores and eCommerce).

    Lastly, the candidate plays a key support and advisory role in Plan, Forecast and in-season management of Sales, Product, Margin and Inventory KPIs.


    • Maintain weekly business performance report and stimulate improvements action
    • Be the team expert on data research and analysis
    • Gain and share knowledge around Merchandise, Financial, Digital and Location Planning
    • Support Plan/Forecast process focusing on Product/Channel/Country strategy
    • Create department analysis based on past/current performance
    • Support cross-departmental projects resulting in improved margin
    • Conduct business review meetings with team members and internal stakeholders
    • Set KPIs; monitor and measure, challenge teams accountable for achieving these goals


    • Degree in Business Administration or similar level
    • At least 2 years experience with commercial/ business planning and forecasting
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
    • Previous use of Retail Planning software such as JDA, Arthur, I2 or Market Max is a plus
