As our new Associate Creative Director, you will be a key member of the Creative Department working from our L.A office and supporting the Toronto Teams where needed; running one of our most important accounts, leading a unified vision across all client projects with your eye for design.
You’ll be responsible for providing creative and design direction for our portfolio of technology to our clients worldwide. We're project-based, so we're always working with someone interesting, be it adidas, Facebook, Google, Oculus, Netflix, or Diageo

The Real Opportunity
Conceive and develop experience-oriented, highly impactful design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives
Make sure that all your projects maintain a high degree of quality and consistency
Be able to understand current trends and anticipate future trends in design and technology
Direct and provide hands-on guidance to productions, with minimal Executive Creative Director oversight, providing animation guidance, pixel-pushing / visual QA to the final product and overall ensuring that the creative output is of the highest quality
Provide conceptual creative direction and leadership with a confident creative point-of-view for client presentations, new client acquisitions and new business pitches
Be a client leader and maintain client relationships to increase our volume of single-bid work
As the Associate Creative Director on projects you will be regularly communicating with your teams about the status of your projects and finding creative solutions to issues that arise while keeping your Executive Creative Directors in the loop
Manage communications between Jam3 and our clients to ensure project vision is always maintained
Provide design feedback to Creative Leads on your projects to disseminate to their teams, ensuring that the creative vision is being followed
Support new business and pitching; paired with a Creative Director to collaborate on concept and assemble decks or paired with a Designer and Producer to lead the presentation where you will be responsible for the final concept and deck by working with or delegating tasks
As an Associate Director of the Creative Department, part of your role is to help hire, manage, motivate, inspire and grow the skills of the designers who report to the Creative Director
Opportunity to regularly travel for client meetings and on-location design sprints

Your portfolio or samples of work demonstrating your process for creating great user-centered design solutions
