    Associate Corporate Finance

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as an Associate Corporate Finance? Come aboard for this exciting opportunity at a fast growing “new school” Finance Boutique for Life Science and Tech!

We are looking for an Associate Corporate Finance who has a minimum of five years’ experience and wants to fulfill a role with a lot of independency during a 4-day workweek for 32 hours per week. We are a modern (and a tad rebellious) company; to enable you to perform to your best we allow flexibility in time and place to fulfill your responsibilities. You will be working with an ambitious and fun team of various financial professionals. As we are a growing company, we encourage you to develop your ambitions as well. In this way we can grow together.

    What we can offer you:

We are offering an exciting opportunity, lots of flexibility and a competitive package. Life/work balance is high on your wish list. Working from home for larger part of the week and from time to time working from locations abroad as working nomad will be encouraged. You will be responsible for performing best-in-class support for our client portfolio and will have exposure to a large number of entrepreneurs. The environment you will be working in, is highly innovative, high autonomy, flexible and competitive with all your clients being VC-funded Life Sciences ventures pushing their innovations to commercial success. You are able to enjoy an individual growth and career pathway including the additional training/studies.

The Associate Corporate Finance will be responsible for:

    • Event driven financial modelling e.g. new product introductions, rNPV, cap tables and any other business choices that could impact financial results, licensing deals or VC funding of our clients.
    • Bring clients to investor readiness stage by preparing information packages for investors, strategic partners or other exit candidates. This includes preparing teasers, investor decks, investment memoranda and setting up the virtual dataroom as well as coordinating due diligence processes
    • Funding and exit process: connecting with VC’s and placement agents
    • Legal: review term sheet and closing docs and manage process
    • Identify improvement areas and initiate improvements within our company
    • Additional ad hoc projects and assignments
