Assistant Manager PPC & APP
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Fully support and drive Europe objectives, namely to accelerate growth of the business conducted via its own eCom channels through:
o Execute and Optimize Paid Search operational activities to establish the adidas and Reebok e-Shops as the online destinations of choice.
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide input into the eCommerce Paid Search strategy, across
a selection of European markets for the adidas and Reebok brands
Manage day to day paid search and feeds operations together with our agency, to meet KPIs and customer acquisition goals.
Oversee and carry out scheduled and ad hoc tasks in order to help drive top & bottom line growth of our Paid Search programme to achieve sales, ROI and total contribution goals
Work cross-functionally with merchandising, online marketing and marketing activations teams to create synergies and explore & exploit opportunities
Drive and implement testing, reporting, optimisation on Paid Search activity to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements
Monitor Paid Search trends, best practices and techniques and understand the potential benefit of new features in the industry where possible
Work with the SEO team to find efficiencies within the search channel
Owns that APP strategy for performance media, across all channels.
Responsible to manage APP install campaigns, within the allotted budget and KPIs.
Collaboration with digital analytics (global/local) to ensure proper tracking of traffic sent to APP.
Paid Search revenue and Return On Investment
App installs - CPI within guardrails defined.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor or Master's degree required, with minimum 1 year Paid Search experience. (agency or client side)
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Search Ads 360 is required; Adobe Analytics knowledge would be beneficial
Experience in planning large budgets split across multiple markets, engines and campaigns
Understanding of attribution modelling is valuable
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills: written & oral and ability to quickly build strong relationships
High attention to detail; strong analytical skills and excellent organizational & planning abilities
Proficient in written & spoken English, an additional European language be beneficial
