Assistant Brand Manager – Tea Gifting
Unilever is proud of its Tea business, the biggest in the world, with world class purpose driven brands such as Lipton, PG tips, Pukka, Tazo, T2 & Pure Leaf. Recently, Unilever decided to separate the Tea business to ensure it can best achieve its potential. Unilever is currently reviewing several options for separation, including a demerger, an initial public offering, a disposal or through partnership models. The Tea businesses in India and Indonesia, and the partnership interests in the ready-to-drink Tea joint ventures will be retained.
The balance of the Tea brands and geographies and all Tea estates, with generated revenues of €2 billion in 2019, is growing and profitable with proven potential both pre- and post-COVID-19. As a standalone entity, the Tea company remains number one in the world and is even better positioned to lead the industry and take full advantage of the opportunities in the category, with more focus and entrepreneurship driving greater growth and value.

You will be reporting to the Tea Gifting Marketing Manager. As an ABM, you will be responsible for developing innovations to be rolled out in E-Comm and Omni-channels across markets.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
End to end Project management including fast paced product & pack development, confidence in working with several stakeholders and managing multiple projects across the portfolio.
Community Management: Actively liaising with relevant markets, global brand teams to optimize communication and innovation mixes & delivering on-time flawless execution of these programs.
Working closely with the Digital Hub and CMI teams to coordinate timely inputs, briefs for content creation (7OA; A+; etc.) & demand generation (performance mktg campaigns).
Agency/ vendor management: Partner with several creative pack agencies & suppliers to make the current portfolio E-Comm ready, scope and develop the future gifting innovations.
Partner the E-comm Team to contribute to the innovation roadmap and drive growth for the category
Assist in budget management.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
Excellent Project management skills; be able to effectively present and implement action plans in a fast-paced & agile manner.
Strong growth mindset and bias for action, ability to identify and execute new opportunities.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to independently lead & motivate internal cross-functional teams & external agency partners
At least 3 years relevant marketing experience in brand innovation roles (e-commerce is a plus)
