Purpose of the Job & What You'll Do
This is a critical role in the team as you will be driving Brand Purpose into Action, by ensuring Hellmann's Brand Say and Do are successfully landed across markets with impact. This role reports to the Global Hellmann's Brand Engagement Manager.
We're looking for someone with the passion, experience, and skills to:
Support the Brand Manager with Hellmann's Behaviour Change Programme implementation, delivering a rich and on-brand consumer experience, and drive programme's roll-out across key markets.
Support the Brand Manager on the implementation and roll out of Brand Say across different markets and regions, working in collaboration with different creative agencies, CMI, Global and Local team members.
Support the intern and other members of the team on other Global team needs, such as coordination of the Global Brand Event.

Passionate, creative, and agile marketer (at least 1 year of marketing experience) with previous experience on brand communication development
Strong bias for action, owner's mentality & passion for high performance.
Genuine passion for purpose and food.
Ability to work collaboratively with multifunctional and local teams, build networks both in-person and remotely, and passion for working with other cultures.
