    Area Supervisor Markietng & Communications

    Develop Marcom Targets:

    • To define and monitor MarCom budget for a specific area together with the responsible country manager(s) based on the available budget and strategic targets.
    • To explore new trends for MarCom.
    • To have an overview of all projects, their status and the associated budgets.

    Branding en corporate ID

    • To monitor the corporate identity of all brand within Aalberts hfc for the countries of responsibility.

    Media exposure

    • To initiate and organize campaigns for all countries in the area of responsibility.
    • To organize events for all countries in the area of responsibility.
    • To organize exhibitions in all countries in the area of responsibility.
    • To organize (translated) content for local websites, for example online newsletters.
    • To organize in-store advertising and point of sales displays.
    • To organize promotional gifts.
    • To organize all local press and public relations activities and advertisements in journals and magazines of wholesalers.
    • To plan content calendar (incl SMM), to arrange (translated) content for press releases, and to negotiate prices for this.
    • To initiate and organize campaigns for hfc together with colleague area supervisors.


    • To execute work conform the Aalberts Code of Conduct, and the SHE- and Quality-policy.
    • To take actions to support maintenance and improvement to the Quality and SHE- management system and other applicable
    • standards (including all external standards for example ISO)
    • To contribute to the identification and monitoring of SHE and Quality related risks to decrease the risks of incidents.

    • Knowledge of marketing in a B2B environment
    • Writing, editorial office, editing, lay-out and design
    • Basic knowledge of installation industry and technique
    • Excellent written and oral language skills in English and German
    • Office and Adobe programs (for example InDesign, photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Bachelor/ Master working and thinking level
