As a Customer Analytics analyst, you will leverage data to drive better understanding of our customers. You will support the Customer Team in analyzing data at the customer, industry, and portfolio level. This position will have the opportunity to run/own various financial models, help with process improvement, assist in the company initiative of data analytics, provide insights, build dashboards, and assist groups outside the Customer Team. Through data-driven insights you will help the team make decisions around customer profitability and segmentation strategy.
What's needed in order to do that:
Provide CLS team with customer demand/growth analysis, relevant customer and industry trends for strategic customer meetings. Strengthen our understanding of our customers with all information sources available to us - customer meetings, news releases, investor presentations, social media.
Capture and share in Salesforce what we learn from customers with our colleagues (incl. private capital group).
Analyze the customers' demand patterns and trends and understand how productive the relationship is.
Support with production of (quarterly) customer write-ups for Earnings/CPC preparation and Business Plan Review
Help to review and refresh customer targeting on a regular basis, update CAT scores and segmentation (dark green, green etc.)
Provide the CLS officers with analysis of NPS / CSAT scores and customer feedback, so that the account officer can share this with their respective customers
Work with Team Coordinator to gather information needed for creating Strategic Account Plans and Customer Information Sheets
Provide relevant data analytics to support rental growth and maximize retention to support CLS officers and other internal stakeholders
Monitor Prologis market share (for standing portfolio but also BTS) for selected customers (dark green) as this helps understand our customers' appetite to do more or less business with us
Help gather best practices in customer management in our industry, understand what our competitors do in managing their large account that we should be aware of

BA/BS degree in business administration, marketing, statistics, computer science or related field, preferred
Preferably a first experience as financial or data analyst
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills including strong listening, written and verbal communication, with ability to communicate with others clearly and professionally
Ability to collaborate across business areas and/or geographies, to assist in identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and best practices
Ability to prioritize, organize, analyze, and summarize data from multiple sources
Willingness to respond to urgent requests on the fly, including after hours
Experience with Tableau, and/or R Script preferred as well
Fluent in English
