    All-round Warehouse employee

    As an All round warehouse employee you have a wide range of tasks related to the inbound and outbound of aviation parts. In this role, you will assist the warehouse team by confirming orders, checking the condition, documenting, packaging and helping all other areas of operations. We guarantee full on-the-job training and are looking for candidates who intend to stay with the company for a long time.

    The organization is one of the most prominent airline builders in the world. They are based in Nieuw-Vennep.

    Primary purpose of the position:

    • Timely processing of the incoming aviation parts (receiving, checking of parts and paperwork, SAP system input, put-away).
    • Completing initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing shipments.
    • Documenting parts for conditions and accuracy.
    • Pulling parts from bin location and inspecting.
    • Packaging parts for shipment to customers.
    • Processing and confirming receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers.
    • Loading and unloading items onto truck or van manually or by using lifting equipment.
    • Processing hazardous goods in accordance with ATP requirements.
    • Validating Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for incoming/outgoing chemical shipments.
    • Maintaining the inventory of shipping supplies.
    • Assisting in other areas of the operations.

    Education and Experience:

    Must have:

    • A good knowledge of English or Dutch (spoken and written).
    • Computer-literate and experienced with using computer programs.
    • Experienced as a warehouse worker.
    • Ability to fit a diverse team.

    Nice to have:

    We are looking for candidates who preferably have:

    • previous experience with handling of aircraft parts and have knowledge of the following airworthiness forms: EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3 and TCCA Form 1.
    • Experience working with hazardous goods.
    • Forklift / reach truck / cherry picker / Counter balance
    • Security Awareness Training
    • Knowledge of SAP

    Additional information:

    • Full-time 40 hours per week (part-time is not an option) no shifts.
    • Working time: Monday up to and including Friday 08.30-17.00.
    • The selected candidate must be able to provide a VOG (Certificate of good behavior) based on the Boeing Distribution, Inc. criteria.


    • Salary between 2000 and 2300 per month.
