    Agile Delivery Manager/ Project Manager

    The role:
    Customer projects involving Modern Applications involve many possible stakeholders, everything from Sales, Customer Support, Data Center change management, organizational expectation management, Portfolio Management, Customer Executives, Project Management Offices, and Architectural committees.


    The role of the Agile Delivery Manager is to keep all the stakeholders connected and well-informed, handling the questions and challenges posed by the groups so that the delivery pod can stay focused. They are the glue that keeps the team or team of teams healthy, connected, and plugged-in to the rest of the organization as far as the product and solution are concerned. The role is an expert in the Agile methodology and is expected to manage multiple development projects concurrently.


    Core accountability:

    • Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles and get the best value against constraints
    • Facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
    • Proactively assess risks, identifying solutions, and providing updates
    • Coaching the customer to fully understand and migrate to agile practices
    • Collaborating with the customer, delivery engineers, and stakeholders
    • Owning project processes from customer outcomes, issues, escalations, budgets
    • Will be responsible for communicating between the technical and non-technical teams
    • Understands the customer environment and can prioritize the most important or highest value tasks
    • Expert Consulting skills, including governance, objectives, practices, and processes controls related to business requirements

    What we need to see from you:
    • Minimum 3 years leading agile teams
    • Demonstrated experience managing the relationship with customer at a project a level
    • Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
    • Agile and Lean Practices
    • Ability to effectively lead people including when no direct reporting line exists
    • Effective coordination & collaboration amongst teams as well as in projects
    • Lead & Contribute knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
    • Advanced business writing skills for customer deliverables
    • Customer solution presentation for complex solution designs (Ability to articulate the business value on complex solutions)
    • Experience and desire to work in a technology consulting environment that requires regular travel
    • Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) C1 Proficiency
    • Understands the environment and can prioritize the most important or highest value tasks
    • Mentoring and Coaching
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to achieve buy-in and alignment from both internal and external stakeholder
