    Your Job!
    As agent customer contact center you are responsible for capturing and handling all incoming and outgoing customer contacts from different media in a correct, professional and customer friendly way, complying with the target figures as agreed with CCC-clients. For each interaction, you are responsible for supplying the customer with correct and complete information (according to the script) and for registering the required information in the appropriate format(s) to make each interaction billable.

    You provide the customers with the correct service by giving product information, taking orders and by finding solutions for problems the customers may have. You ensure that all scripts are actively used and adhered to. Any script discrepancies are to be reported to the Teamleader. When registering orders, you are responsible for ensuring that each order is filled in completely and correctly in line with scripts and procedures whilst respecting the customer’s privacy. You register interactions in the complete and correct format(s) in order to make the interactions billable. You ensure that complaints are handled in a correct way and that the department/person related to the complaint is informed. You handle creditcard authorisations in accordance to the PCI compliance regulations. After all, you ensure adherence to confidentiality clauses, including but not limited to data- and customer privacy models and laws.

    • Qualify inbound contacts and register these in the appropriate database(s)

    Are you the one?
    Are you service minded and customer oriented? Do you have experience working with MS office and project knowledge? Is your level of Turkish and English proficient enough to have customer contact and do you have an MBO degree? Are you a native speaker in one or more additional languages? This is a part time duo job. But it is a requirement that you work daily (monday-Friday). The time will be between 8.00 am-8.00 pm. Your precise working hours will be in consultation with your collegue. Salary: € 1.701,00 gross a month

    It is also important that you currently live in the Netherlands, in the area of Apeldoorn. You describe yourself as, trustworthy, proactive, professional and patient. If you have excellent communication and linguistic skills, are accurate, punctual, stress resistant and flexible, than this may be your job!
