Our client is a provider of supply chain & logistics solutions in the following industries consumer electronics, communications, retail and more. It is an international organization with different locations all over the world. At the moment we are assisting our client by providing them reliable, experienced and professional administrative employees. We are looking for a candidate that speaks Polish and English.
As Agent Customer Contact Center employee you are going to work parttime. Your shifts are between 9.00 and 18.00, you will be working half days. You are responsible for capturing and handling all incoming and outgoing customer contacts from different media in a correct, professional and customer friendly way, complying with the target figures as agreed with clients. For each interaction, you are responsible for supplying the customer with correct and complete information (according to the script) and for registering the required information in the appropriate format(s) to make each interaction billable.
As a Agent Customer Contact Center you provide the customers with the correct service by giving product information, taking orders and by finding solutions for problems the customer may have. You ensure that all scripts are actively used and adhered to. Any script discrepancies are to be reported to the Teamleader. When registering orders, you are responsible for ensuring that each order is filled in completely and correctly in line with scripts and procedures whilst respecting the customer’s privacy. You register interactions in the complete and correct format(s) in order to make the interactions billable. You ensure that complaints are handled in a correct way and that the department/person related to the complaint is informed. You handle credit card authorisations in accordance to the PCI compliance regulations. Escalation follow-up and registering/administrating the relevant changes in the corresponding systems. After All, you ensure adherence to confidentiality clauses, including but not limited to data- and customer privacy models and laws. Any other duties as assigned by management.

Do you have an MBO degree and are you service minded, trustworthy and stress resistant? Do you have experience working with MS office on end-user level and do you have project knowledge? Is your level of Polish and English proficient enough to have customer contact and do you have an friendly and clear telephone voice? Can you familiarise yourself quickly with new products and do you have excellent linguistic and communication skills? It is also important that you currently live in the Netherlands, in the area of Apeldoorn. If you are pro-active, professional, patient, accurate, punctual and flexible? Than this may be your job!
