    After Sales Engineer

    In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of all after sales activities in an appropriate and efficient way, with sufficient technical and commercial knowledge to close the issues satisfactorily. You will perform and coordinate after sales inspection/expediting activities and assist in the handover from projects to after sales. You will ensure that client orders for engineering activities and deliverables meet the specified level of time and quality. Furthermore, you will update and share knowledge on existing Bluewater systems and will report regularly to the Department Head and Project Manager on department matters and achievements. You will be working from our office in Hoofddorp.

    Requirements

    We are looking for
    • you have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with up to 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
    • computer literacy for document processing, spreadsheets and database management
    • fluent in English, both written and verbal
    • able and willing to travel abroad including to offshore installations
    • you solve bottlenecks and change your approach if things are not working, you keep an eye on the balance between quality and costs and you are creative and committed to turn opportunities into results
