Our Team is in the search of an Affiliate Marketing Manager!
What you will do:
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the affiliate programs of all brands including trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and recruiting new affiliates to increase traffic as well as maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs, monitoring affiliate practices; negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements; maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners; regularly monitoring campaign performance; compiling and submitting campaign performance reports; providing monthly invoices to affiliate partners; and handling the buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or canceling media placements and other adverting programs.
You will be working closely with all members of the Team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support the affiliate program:
Manage affiliate acquisition, reactivation and network management.
Analyzing and monitoring data and providing stakeholders with regular reports;
Maintain relationships with affiliates and other partners as well as motivating partners to improve campaign performance;
Source, evaluate, recruit and approve new affiliate partners on all media and forums, as well as being an active part of the team to attend industry shows and events;
Monitor affiliate practices and ensure compliance;
Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI;
Supervise and analyze results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports (to identify strong and weak areas, and to help underachievers improve);
Optimize all aspects of the affiliate program through established and new networks;
What we would like you to have:
You should be familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing; proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns; knowledge in ad-serving technologies is a plus, experience in campaign management; excellent time management; strong organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting.
2+ years of experience in Affiliates and online marketing with a strong network of contacts
Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
Ability to operate independently and to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
Able to take accountability and pride in quality of work
Creative thinker, with technological knowledge and deep business understanding
Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
Strong analytical, negotiating and influencing skills, making you a natural when it comes to building long-term business relationships;
