In this role, you will join the eCom Traffic Management Team at their European head office in Amsterdam and will report directly into the Affiliate Specialist. The team is responsible for driving performance marketing for the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein web properties across Europe. The Affiliate Coordinator will update current reporting, finance, validations and support the Affiliate Specialist in on-going improvement projects for both brands.
Proactively update and optimise all Affiliate current reports and analysis ahead in-line with priority and ecom KPI's;
Support and keep up-to-date the Affiliate roadmap projects in an efficient & timely manner by identifying priorities, bottlenecks and opportunities;
Management of feeds to funnel the right products based on stock, bestsellers, margins and seasonal trends;
Validate all affiliate sales on a monthly basis in-line with internal and external reports;
Ensure asset briefs are completed in a timely manner in-line with campaign launches;
Review potential publishers to onboard and expand the network;
Alignment and follow-up conversation/topics based monthly business reviews with the agency.
We hope you bring the following:
1-2 years Affiliate experience. Knowledge and understanding of other digital channels such is a plus;
Ideally have experience with Partnerize and feed-base platforms;
Proficient in number crunching in Excel;
Have the basic knowledge of the analytics tool such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics;
Excellent project coordination skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail & accuracy;
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
