    Aerothermodynamics Engineer

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    as part of the dynamic team, you will have the following responsibilities:

    • Support to specific ESA projects in the area of flight vehicle andaerothermodynamics engineering;
    • Achitecture design, analysis and technical assessment of space transportationvehicles for suborbital, orbital and exploration applications, including upperstages, (re)-entry, expendable, and reusable vehicles;
    • Analysis and studies of the flight engineering, and propulsion of launchers, re-entry and planetary entry probes;
    • Assessments of flight vehicles performances;
    • Support to propulsion modelling and mathematical analysis;
    • Use of the Section methods and tools;
    • Support to CDF in relevant areas.

    Skills & Experience

    You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

    • Master Degree or equivalent in the field of Aerospace Engineering, Physics orMathematics;
    • Several years of working experience in the subject position;
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is anadvantage.
