    Administrator

    This is a role for 5 months, 24-32 hours per week, covering maternity leave. You will be working in our office in Utrecht or from home, depending on RIVM regulations.

    Start date: January 2021.

    As a Financial Administrator at MaxGrip you are responsible for a correct and reliable administration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Booking and processing of all financial transactions.
    • Ensuring billing transactions.
    • Assist the Finance team the with monthly closing.
    • Be where needed (on the financial department).

    Job requirements:

    • MBO+ level.
    • Several years’ experience, working within a finance department.
    • Advanced MsOffice-skills and (preferably) Exact knowledge.
    • Pro-active and independent worker, who loves to work in a team.
    • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language (spoken & written).
