    Administrative Support Officer

    In your role as the Administrative Support Officer, you support the Procurement Services Officers of the PPM - Vector Control team and report to the Team Leader PPM- Vector Control. This team coordinates the order process from receipt of customer requests until delivery at the final destination. The team is responsible for providing excellent service to our customers within the agreed guidelines and policies of IDA Foundation and the donor.

    As an Administrative Support Officer you manage all administrative tasks throughout the supply chain, related to the price quotations, orders and the logistics process. You are able to work independently on administrative tasks requested by the Procurement Services Officers in an accurate, organized manner, and are responsible for the integrity of the data.

    In general, you are responsible for: *

    • Entering orders into the system;
    • Maintaining all master data;
    • Ensuring all data integrity;
    • Checking internal data reports;
    • Checking logistic service provider updates about shipments and processing of information;
    • Entering invoice related information into the customer's system;
    • Various other administrative tasks.

    To be seriously considered, we require the following:


    • Minimum HBO, HAVO or Diploma;
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role;
    • Experience in administration / supply chain environment;
    • Experience with an ERP system, preferably JD Edwards.


    • Highly accurate, with attention to detail and quality;
    • Flexible and positive attitude, supportive to the team;
    • Pro-active and independent mindset.


    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
