At the moment I'm recruiting for one of the big international company within the financial services in Amsterdam for a Accounts Payable Supervisor. Do you want to become a specialist on ap and stakeholder than this is the ideal vacancy for you! YOu will be working within AP yourself and coordinating a team of 4 fte.
Hands on experience in the Accounts payable process;
Processing a high volume of invoices across multiple divisions;
Leading a team of 4 and focus of excalations, stakeholder management and improvementes.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements etc
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payments are processed;
Preparing analysis of accounts and compile financial reports;
Continuously working on improving the payment process;
Degree in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting;
Experience with p2p/intercompany is a must;
Fluency in English is a must, Dutch would be a plus;
Experience with SAP/Oracle is a must;
MS Office (Good Excel skills);
Accuracy and ability to work with data;
Gross salary between €3300,- and €4300,- depending on your experience
40 hours a week
