    Accountmanager Real Estate

    At ParkBee we optimize the use of existing parking spaces. We work together with property owners, ensure the best experience for car drivers, and most important of all, give space back to the city!

    In order to do all that, we invest a lot in creating new opportunities. To make the next step in our growth journey we’re looking for a Accountmanager Real Estate to identify and acquire new sites to expand even further to achieve our bold mission, become the leading online parking platform in Europe!

    How you contribute to ParkBee
    As our Accountmanager Real Estate, you’ll be working right in the middle of the ParkBee acquisitions-heart. You’ll be responsible for identifying and approaching real estate investors for multi-location deals and manage the entire process from start till finish. Next to that, you’ll also focus on: expanding existing deals, new business development, maintaining and building strong relationships and representing ParkBee at real estate events.

    We have your perfect spot if you:

    • Have at least 3-5 years of work experience as a B2B Account Manager or Business Development Manager;
    • Have a commercial bachelor degree or business economics degree;
    • Are empathic, commercial and deal-driven;
    • Are a team player fitting a scale-up culture, which is entrepreneurial and challenging;
    • Are driven to get results and creative in realising these results;
    • Are fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written);
    • Have experience with or in the real estate domain (a plus).
