    About the role

    We are currently looking for an Account Sales Representative who will be part of American Express’ Global Commercial Services (GCS) department. The GCS department provides a range of payments solutions and other expense management tools to companies of all sizes.

    Within this position, you will be driving customer engagement and growth across a large portfolio of existing Dutch SME customers. Our customers vary from small business owners with an entrepreneurial spirit to larger SME companies. This is a phone based role, where you will use strong sales and relationship management skills to help business owners in managing their finances, improve cash flow and stay in control of their everyday expenses, while earning rewards at the same time.

    Who are you?

    To successfully fill this position, you would need to possess a results driven yet customer focused attitude. By having excellent Dutch and English communication skills, you are strong in influencing and persuasion. Also, direct business-to-business sales / account management experience will help you in this role. Furthermore, it will be an asset if you have gained knowledge about the credit card and payment solutions industry.
