Are you the Administrator who can help the Accounts Receivable team. Can you deal with allocations of incoming funds and needs? Apply before 11 of March and maybe you will be a part of the team!

In this position, you and your team are responsible for all incoming payments that allocated correctly. You have close contact with the Credit Management Administrator and the Customer Operations department, who are in touch with our customers. This position includes building and maintaining working relationships with internal departments.

Furthermore, these activities are also part of your duties:

• Monitoring the Account Receivable mailbox and notifications in SAP;
• Send payment reminders to customers from excises;
• Handling ad-hoc activities;
• Identifying and improving work processes within the team;

You will be working with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and SAP.

Furthermore, your resume shows:

• Completed MBO education financial or business economics;
• You have experience in a similar position;
• Good communications skills in the English language.
• You can set priorities and find a balance between quality and deadlines
