For our Account Manager, we're looking for an experienced sales executive (5yr+) in the manufacturing industry. You'll use your existing customer network, complemented with 3D Hubs key accounts, to scale your sales from day 1, and hit the ground running. Being the global leader in distributed manufacturing, 3D Hubs offers your customers state of the art manufacturing capacity at highly competitive pricing, allowing both you and your customers to grow quickly. Your focus will be on low-volume, or series production. Industry expertise in machinery, aerospace, electronics, offshore or automotive is a bonus. This can be considered a high stakes role, with steep targets and equally steep compensation when successful.

What you'll do:
You’ll hit the ground running. Combining your existing network of industry customers with 3D Hubs global network of manufacturing partners, you’ll be able to close deals from day 1.
3D Hubs’ network enables you to sell top quality parts at highly competitive pricing, putting you in a position to succeed commercially, while helping your customers innovate and get products to market faster.
Your success is virtually limitless as 3D Hubs does not apply a commission cap and has plenty of network capacity to produce parts.

An experienced sales professional (5y+) with a proven track record in (custom) part manufacturing, and series production
An active rolodex of accounts in one or manufacturing relevant industries
Fluent with online software tools, such us Google suite, online CRM, etc
Fluent in English and Dutch written and spoken
Bonus: engineering education
Bonus: track record with one of our competitors
Bonus: specialized in a specific industry, such as Aerospace.

The recruitment process:
Our recruiter will have a quick chat to make sure the role is what you think it is, learn more about you and your career ambitions and cover our interview process and next step
Shortly before meeting with one of our Sales Managers we'll send you the cognitive and behavioural assessment online (takes 12 minutes total)
After that, we'll have an assignment to cover your design skills. The assessment involves a take-home assignment where later we may ask you to present
Finally, you'll meet some more team members and have a fun and casual short chat with one of our cultural ambassadors
