Our team's mission is to sell 10,000 bikes in 2021 to the world's greatest companies while maintaining great relationships with our partners. As the Account Manager, you’ll manage these relationships with VanMoof’s partners around the globe.
You’ll work with our corporate partners to make sure our customers can sign up to our joint programs, proactively resolve issues, and improve current processes and ways of working –all while always ensuring complete customer satisfaction at every level. You’ll need to be an expert communicator, a natural people person, and a killer project manager.
In tandem with managing VanMoof’s existing accounts, you’ll support the team in converting opportunities into leads, making sure the handover from sales to account management is as smooth as possible.
What you’ll do
Maintain and build great relationships with our strategic accounts (Amazon, Google, Nike, and more on the way) and partners with the aim to grow our business
Project manage the roll-out of company bike programs within strategic accounts in the USA and the EU
Take responsibility and ownership of the entire corporate rider customer journey
Future-proof processes and constantly improve the customer journey of our riders in our strategic accounts and partners
Work closely with the B2B Sales Manager and Global B2B Manager on existing and future opportunities
What you'll bring
You have experience in account management and/or a customer support role, ideally with strong B2B or commercial elements.
You're highly organized and always see projects through to the end, even when times get tough.
You're a born problem-solver – you take ownership, get to the root of issues, and proactively solve them.
You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken – bonus points for other languages.
