    Account management internship

    Channext is a fast-growing channel SaaS scaleup based in Utrecht. We're on a mission to connect vendors and their partners by helping them to improve their sales and marketing efforts through data. Our platform is trusted by the largest tech companies around the globe such as Dell, Fujitsu and Microsoft. We're growing rapidly and have recently launched our platform in multiple countries in Europe. That's why we're looking for a full-time account management intern to hop on board and join our mission, starting as soon as possible.

    About the job

    During this accountmanager internship you will be part of the Customer Succes Team that is responsible for all users of the platform and their customer happiness. You will be the face of the company for the users of our platform. This is a job that requires loads of enthusiasm, commitment and perseverance.

    Your key responsibilities are to create a great onboarding experience for new users and deliver happiness to current users. You will help resellers (the largest group of platform users) with onboarding, and advise them in order to maximize the platform value. The onboarding process is mainly done via phone and video calls, and you'll be in contact with our current users through our live chat, email and by phone. You're proactive and are always helping users with a smile. Partnering with your colleagues to create the ultimate user experience is what drives you.

    These are the things you will be doing on a regular day:

    • Helping new users to get onboard through guided Zoom calls.
    • Reaching out to users to help them improve their experience.
    • Growing our user base through creative communication.
    • Analyse your strategy to keep improving the experience of our users.
    • Work closely together with the Customer Success team, to make sure we create a unified experience for all platform users.

    About you

    • Fulltime intern: but of course there is also time for your study assignments.
    • You are enthusiastic and have good social and analytical skills.
    • You are a great listener and love helping people; you don't want to stop until you've fixed the problem.
    • You see work to be done and act proactively on it.
    • You are eager to learn and develop yourself. We are looking for a student eager to learn about this business and be part of its success.
    • You can speak and write Dutch and English at a professional level.
