Role: Account Executive
Working in partnership with our client the Account Executive will provide day-to-day support and assist the team to create powerful and impactful marketing communications and digital content.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Account Executive is part of an Account Management team of 7 people (2 x Senior Account Managers, 3 x Account Managers, and 2 x Account Executives) who client service the Adidas business across the whole of Europe.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Work in true collaboration with Adidas and keep the client up to date with all live projects.
Assist in the day-to-day management of the account by running key processes and supporting a diverse range of projects.
Execute MI's, KPI's, and service levels to client leads.
Liaise with project managers and creative teams to ensure progress and updates are made.
Assist with the production of inspirational creative briefs.
Work with and understand the creative process as well as manage expectations and time pressures.
Write statuses and minutes within meetings.
Carry out general administrative tasks for the team.
Sports/apparel industry & market trends research

Work across multiple adidas product campaigns & brand campaigns in the European region – we service all business units (e.g. Football / Running / Women / Tennis / Basketball) as well as commercial needs (mid-season sales, end-of-season sales, outlet, cultural moments), and service all European clusters (Iberia / Central / Central Eastern / South Eastern / Nordics / Benelux / UK & Ireland / France / Italy).
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
Articulate, engaged, and confident in communicating with junior and senior clients from across the Adidas business.
Highly organized and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, in a non-silo'd approach
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to manage own workload
A passion for delivering effective campaigns
Excellent attention to detail
Desire to learn about campaign management.
Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
Approachable and a team player.
Strong administrative capability.
Language skills in any European languages (preferably French / Italian / Dutch / Swedish / Norwegian)
