    Account Executive, Uber Eats - Netherlands

    About the Role

    Uber Eats is seeking passionate Account Executive to help change the food delivery landscape in the Netherlands. We are seeking highly motivated individuals passionate about building long term partnerships with restaurants. This role calls for a rare combination of relationship management, operational excellence and a love for problem-solving. It is a great opportunity to develop your commercial and analytical skills while working in an "all hands on deck" environment.

    What you'll do

    • Grow delivery business of your own portfolio of restaurants through data analysis and executing tactical plans. For example, you identify opportunities to open new locations, initiate marketing campaigns or improve the overall delivery experience to increase customer retention
    • Build relationships with a wide variety of (successful) restaurant owners.
    • Cross functional collaboration: work closely with amongst others our sales team to identify high potential partners and improve the experience from pitch to first trip and beyond
    • Solve complex problems (e.g. restaurants not being visible in the app) either by finding a solution yourself or by escalating issues within the organisation. You make sure problems of our top restaurant partners are prioritised and solved smoothly.
    • You will help to further refine and execute our strategy, being responsible for achieving and exceeding key priorities and targets
    • Develop in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the food delivery market, our product and vision and act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product.

    What you'll need

    • 0-2 yrs professional experience with bonus points for sales or account management experience
    • Excellent communication skills: you have extraordinary listening and communication skills, both verbally and written. You are able to adjust your communication style to a wide variety of audiences.
    • Commercial aptitude: you have a great sense for spotting business opportunities and are able to transform these opportunities into actual results
    • You have great problem solving skills and the ability to come to solutions independently
    • Analytical mindset: you are comfortable to work with numbers to drive insights and are excellent at making data-driven decisions.
    • Results oriented, proactive and highly motivated. You hustle until you get the job done!
    • Fluency in Dutch and English
