MediaMonks is in search of an accessibility-oriented QA Expert to ensure our digital campaigns follow the accessibility guidelines as defined by the W3C. We’re looking for someone to help vet the work we produce for multiple projects.
Role & Responsibilities
As one of the first Accessibility QA Monks to join the team, you’ll play a key role in setting up the global QA process for performing A, AA and AAA checks on our digital platforms and campaigns

Create and maintain testing scripts and test strategies according to accessibility standards
Execute test scripts and conduct accessibility evaluations on digital platforms
Report and prioritise identified issues and recommend potential solutions or best practices to ensure the highest level of quality
You help educate your fellow Monks on best testing techniques, tools and upcoming standards

You have 2+ years within a similar QA role
Experience within the digital production industry is a plus
Proven experience with accessibility testing on websites of varying complexity
You have a clear vision when it comes to accessibility and leadership
Ability to conduct audits with an in-depth understanding of user requirements of people with disabilities
Expert knowledge of the WCAG 2.1 Web Accessibility Guidelines and a good understanding of other existing standards (WAI-ARIA, 508 and ADA as it pertains to digital content)
Good knowledge of automated accessibility testing tools, such as AccessibilityInsights.io, WAVE or AXE would be beneficial
Experience with assistive technologies such as screen reader technologies (NVDA, ChromeVOX, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
