As Academy Webcast Producer you are a key contributor to the execution of live webcasting events (including webinars).
In this role you collaborate with our internal customers (i.e. Marketing & communication, Business units) in order to coordinate and support the execution of webcasts. You will be involved in all aspects of these streaming events from concept through delivery ensuring that these streamed events meet the desired expectations. This includes providing technical support prior to and during sessions.
You will thrive at managing customer expectations, stakeholders and the translation of functional requirements into technical solutions.
Your qualifications and skills
If you’re an experienced, enthusiastic and versatile webcast producer, you will excel at:
Working with webcasting tools such as webinar geek, GOTO webinar, Open Broadcaster Software as well as digital media editing tools.
Translating learning needs to audio – visual solutions which support learning retention.
Working independently as well as working efficiently with team members.
Project management skills.
You should have practical experience with or a working knowledge of:
Diverse audio/visual equipment.
Leading webcast production in a similar complex and international technical environment with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience.
Communicating in English (verbally & written).
