This role is a crucial one with responsibility and impact, which you will fulfil as enthusiastic and motivated Business Manager together with KYC Center department management and a variety of stakeholders (HR, Finance, Business Management CIOO, Procurement).
As Business Manager you will work closely together with the Head of the KYC Center and his MT on making KYC Center processes more effective and efficient.

Making a difference as Business Manager
Coordinate the daily business of the business/office management activities of the W&R KYC Center;
Be the single point of contact for the Head of the W&R KYC Center for all business/office management related tasks;
Be the point of contact (coordinator) for various stakeholders, amongst others, HR, Finance, Business Management CIOO, Procurement. Networking is important. You actively seek collaboration with other departments in the bank (ensure the expertise is brought to our department). You are well informed about the developments/progress within other areas;
Be the senior (go-to person) for the two assistants;
Monitoring the in- and outflow of employees on the basis of an updated FTE forecast;
Keep track of the budget by monitoring expenses and an updated forecast;
Coordinate/supervise HR cycle (P&H including GROW), liaise with HR department to bring the expertise to the MT (organize deep dive sessions);
Coordinate KYC Center MT dialogue with regard to HR and Finance topics;
Bring processes and procedures to the next level (look for efficiencies);
Conduct ad-hoc projects.

The Wholesale & Rural (W&R) KYC Center is set up to support the work of the W&R KYC triangle of Business, Compliance and Operations with strong operational oversight, steering, ongoing standardization and striving for excellence in relation to KYC in the W&R regions and business units.
Key objective is to support the W&R regions and business lines to ensure full compliance with all applicable KYC standards, full standardization and continuous enhancement of the KYC processes in line with regulatory developments. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our W&R KYC Center brings talented people together to enhance our way of working and our results in the area of KYC.
Within the W&R KYC Center, Strategy & Control is facilitating, challenging and steering the Wholesale and Rural KYC Roadmap and the day–to-day operations of the W&R KYC Center. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Business Manager. With you, the Strategy & Control team will consist of approximately 15-20 colleagues, in a large variety of roles and focus on supporting the work of the W&R KYC triangle of Business, Compliance and Operations across Wholesale and Rural. We are looking for a Business Manager, who collaborates with various Rabobank departments (HR, Finance, Procurement etc) within a large dynamic environment to achieve improvements. In your role you will play an active role within the W&R KYC Center department.
Planning & organizing, collaborating, being independent and networking are clearly essential for the role. You take responsibility, facilitate and liaise with a large group of different stakeholders/departments within the bank. Apart from above, it is Important that you recognize in the checklist below:
Bachelor level of thinking and working with minimum five years of experience.
Have a critical mind-set with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude;
Experience in supporting senior stakeholders and coordinate central activities (eg. Grow! Cycle, Strategic Resource Planning, Performance & Health Cycle, Financial Forecasting);
Good time management skills, able to maintain overview (well organized), able to distinguish between main and side topics;
Experience in coaching/giving guidance to team members;
Excellent communication skills (Dutch & English);
