Commercial insurance needs to change. Insify was born out of our frustration with how traditional insurers operate. Whereas fintechs have permanently reshaped the finance industry, tech has not yet disrupted insurance. We are well underway to reshape the dull and tedious image of insurance to be engaging, easy, and fair (yes, really!).

We are a tech company at heart, building our very own insurtech platform. We extensively rely on data (API integrations, automated workflows, rule engines, natural language processing, machine learning) to figure out how to best get (and keep) our customer’s companies insured. As a working student Finance at Insify you have a unique opportunity to experience the process, challenges and excitement of scaling up an InsurTech in Europe!

You’ll be our new rock star in:

• Managing cash flows with our customers and suppliers

• Keeping our investors happy with preparing and improving our monthly financial reporting and dashboards

• Keeping stakeholders happy with preparing and improving financial and operational reporting

• Work on various ad hoc financial projects together with the team

The ideal candidate

You are currently attending a HBO/WO study in the field of economics, business or accounting and you are available at least 16 hours per week. In addition, you have the following skills:

• You eat spreadsheets for breakfast

• Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to your work and attention to detail

• Enthusiastic, self-starter and results oriented

• Some experience with accounting software, Exact Online would be sweet

• Fluent in Dutch and English
