1 What's a Workday Test Lead Lead within ING Group Services?
ING Group Services is looking for a Workday Test Lead r for the IT-area of Corporate Services within Tech/Group Services. We want to accelerate the success of our colleagues by delivering (new) capabilities, as enterprise IT services for ING. As a Workday Test Lead you bring the Group Services IT-areas to the next level by driving innovation and standardization across the global functions. To help us realize our goals and ambitions we are looking for an enthusiastic Workday Test Lead in this field. Hiring Managers is Johan Paulissen.
Currently there is a large program running in ING, called HR unite. HR unite aims to roll out Workday globally, standardizing global footprint processes and making use of global integrations. We are looking for a Workday Test Lead who will play a vital role acting as the Global Test Lead in assisting new countries to successfully onboard Workday and move to the target architecture. Next to HR unite, there are also other projects running within the HR domain and the Workday Test Lead will also have the opportunity to participate in those.
A Workday Test Lead within Corporate Services - HR area does the following:
Refines technical solution directions and test approaches drafted in the global HR Footprint (Epic) in coordination with the Business Analyst, the Domain Architect, Workstream and Country Leads and relevant Squad members, using his/her in-depth IT/Testing knowledge.
Safeguard the delivery of complex features, often cross-team/domain/country; herewith maintaining close relationship with (business) counterpart(s) in an international environment
Identifying which Squads/Teams/specialists to involve in the Agile build and Test cycle
Help shape the Test Strategy in periodical planning sessions towards Vision, Themes and Epics
Challenge and advise Product Owners on Feature dependencies and priorities and backlog alignment of individual Squads
Your "backpack" should contain:
Bachelor or Master Degree in IT (Engineering) or equivalent
Must Have 5+ years of experience of Test Management in large programmes implementing global systems End to End in multiple countries.
Previous test analysis or testing experience on major projects.
Have proven experience of country roll-outs in a Workday application environment.
Experience in refining and designing features, at least 1 year technical design knowledge.
Knowledge of IT landscape and technologies; has profound knowledge of multiple (new) technologies and a holistic view on the IT landscape. Is an outside-in thinker.
You've got experience with the agile way of working.
Good level of English. Excellent communication and didactical skills to be representative in larger groups.
Very good stakeholder management skills to operate in a complex and global environment. Isn't afraid to deal with issues in a huge bandwidth from politically driven towards, IT or regulatory driven.
You are not afraid to operate in the middle of many stakeholders and have a very hands-on and pro-active attitude.
