Wholesale & Rural KYC Manager Learning & Communication
Securing a leadership role where you take on responsibility for the Know Your Customer (KYC) knowledge infrastructure of the bank and by doing so support the Wholesale and Rural business lines in the execution of their CDD processes. As Manager Learning & Communication your mandate and that of your team is to create the global knowledge and communication function and develop and maintain all elements necessary to satisfy the bank’s CDD requirements. Your team will build on the results of the Client Onboarding Programme, where state of the art services like a training curriculum based on serious gaming and a new on boarding platform were delivered. You will further develop your organisation, also taking into account new technological developments in the market, interbank developments and Rabobank’s ambition to mature the position of CDD as key element the non-financial risk part of the bank.
Making a difference
Create & maintain the Rabobank KYC training curricula
Initiate and maintain the global CDD W&R Procedures
Align with key stakeholders (CAMS, Retail NL, etc.)
Deliver functional support to users with questions and information requests
Facilitate and maintain the CDD knowledge structures like sharepoint site and communities
Design and implement a user based CDD W&R communication function

Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Our W&R KYC Operations Center brings talented people together to enhance our way of working and our results in the area of KYC. In the W&R KYC organization we work with many colleagues from different disciplines, geographies and backgrounds. With you as a Manager Learning & Communication, the team will consist of 10 colleagues.
The W&R KYC Operations Center is set up to support the work of the W&R KYC triangle of Business, Compliance and Operations with strong operational oversight, steering, ongoing standardization and striving for excellence in relation to KYC in the W&R regions and business units.
Key objective is to support the W&R regions and business lines to ensure full compliance with all applicable KYC standards, full standardization and continuous enhancement of the KYC processes in line with regulatory developments. This requires strong expertise in all KYC areas as well a strong communication skill and awareness.
Customer focus, collaborative, results orientated and building bridges across the WRR domain are clearly essential for the role of Manager Learning & Communication. As a leader within Rabobank you take responsibility, facilitate and inspire the team and you actively seek for in- and external collaboration. This new ‘co-making’ and ‘cooperation’ leadership is in your genes, and ensures that you are able to play a key role in the way Rabobank organizes its CDD capabilities in a cost effective, innovative and future proof way. In addition, it's important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:
HBO+ (higher professional education) or Academic degree (MSc)
Solid understanding of Rabobank’ s CDD Policies and it’s working in daily practice
Preferably International experience within W&R and experience working across regions, domains and business lines
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations for financial sector
Project management skills
Affinity with learning and innovation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; in the English language
Valid permit to work in The Netherlands

a gross monthly salary between € 4.492,45 and € 7.722,56 (scale 10-11, based on knowledge and experience)
