Execute the basic operations of the customer's entire logistics, cost settlement and supplier management, and do a good job in customer maintenance.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for the operation of the entire logistics chain of the customer (booking, dispatching, customs declaration, bill of lading, cargo tracking).
• Responsible for supplier cost review, system entry and payment.
• Ensure that the company system content input is accurate.
• Responsible for sorting and updating customer files, updating customer operation SOP and special requirements on a monthly basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business management or related field.
• Experience working in logistics industry, and customer service position.
• Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills, Dutch is a plus.
• Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details.
