As Web Analyst IP R&D you take the lead in creating, organizing and managing analytics and user feedback suite for all IP R&D product lines, at the moment captured in Matomo.
In a complex matrix organization you ensure that all team members understand the usage of our solutions in the context of the overall IP R&D business strategy by providing meaningful product usage analytics data and by performing customer feedback surveys.
You are responsible to communicate the results to product managers, sales and management. In addition, you will be integral part of the full product lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, closure, and hand over) of go-to-market projects and support execution of release plans.
You have to ensure alignment with central strategy and roadmaps, maintain open communication lines between product management, technology, sales and marketing and various business partners, incl. the publication and maintenance of all applicable project documentation.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Assist in building convincing business cases for IP R&D products and projects
Create robust and complete set of usage analytics and communicate results to team members.
Implement and execute user feedback strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing product requirements and features.
Contribute to the improvement of the Product Management team as a whole.
Monitor, coordinate and report on multiple projects across functional areas to ensure alignment between teams and timely delivery of agreed projects.
Ensure that all project phases are completed successfully and timely.
Experience and Qualifications
University degree (Min BSc), preferably with 3-5years of experience as a web analyst
Or Technical degree (Min. BSc in statistics, computer science) with 3-5 years of experience as a web analyst
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience working in an international environment and in database publishing
Proven project management experience incl. Previous experience with Matomo, CRM and IPM tools (e.g.: Pendo).
Strong interpersonal skills * Strong time management, analytical & organizational skills (structured way of working)

Independent thinker with a proactive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
