Simply Green are a major European wholesale distributor of CBD products, smoking accessories and related products. The business is fairly unique in the industry in that almost all of its business is through its best-in-class digital platform. We operate in several EU countries and are launching additional localised sites over the coming 12-months.

About the Role

This position covers a variety of tasks including picking, packing and dispatching orders within the organisation. Receiving goods, booking goods in and out. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.

Tasks

• To perform duties in a safe manner mindful of health and safety responsibilities
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately report to the supervisor. neat and also optimises space utilisation in the warehouse
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers when it's needed
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Wear PPE as directed
• Report any Health and Safety issues where encountered
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet-area, and workstations neat
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately report to the supervisor
• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labelled for shipping
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Enter data in inventory and logistics software programs and responsible for stock accuracy
• To work as directed within the business in a warehouse role and to be willing to move between areas depending upon the needs of the business
• To assist with the investigation of customer complaints and non-conformities and carry out corrective actions where required
• To ensure that all activities are completed in a compliant manner within the company processes
• To perform reasonable requests from stakeholders within the business

Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Hard-working to communicate in both written and spoken English. Must be numerate. Must be computer literate. Must be able to lift and carry boxes of stock.
