Who you are

As a warehouse employee at PostNL Breda, you like to be active! You're not standing still throughout your shift. Sometimes you may come across parcels up to 23 kg but you don’t see this as a problem. Next to that, you are:

• available for a minimum of three days.
• in possession of your own transportation. So, you have your own car, bicycle or scooter.
• in the possibility to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

What will you do

As a warehouse employee you are an important factor in the process of PostNL! You make sure that all the parcels head into the right direction. The sorting machine helps us a bit with that. To make it more specific, you are going to sort all the outgoing parcels. This will be based on the postal code. First, you have to check the first two digits of the code. Afterwards, you lay it in the right roll container. Next to that, you make sure that all the incoming parcels get onto the assembly line. In Dutch this is called ‘opvoeren’. Also, you will help with the loading and unloading of the trucks.

• working hours from 17h30 till 03h00.
• workdays from Monday till Friday and on Sundays.

Where will you work

As a warehouse employee you will start at PostNL in Breda. The depot is located in the north of Breda. The industrial area is called ‘Emer’. It’s easily accessible by car or by bicycle. Don’t you have a bicycle? Then it’s possible to lease a bicycle via Tempo-team. Against a small payment, obviously. During the breaks you can drink a cup of coffee, tea or soup. Together with a nice group of international colleagues, you are trying to make each day a successful one!
