    Objective of the Role:
    In this role, reporting to the Creative Strategist you will help build user experience from advertising asset design to landing page design, and also design interfaces of automatic solutions connected with advertising. Experience has taught you what works when it comes to choosing the best mix of cutting-edge tech. Most importantly, you can see your work through a creative lens and are driven to hone your craft through a passion for technology.
    Primary responsibilities:

    • Delivering impeccably executed, conversion-focused, motion/graphic design assets, to drive the best quality results for your portfolio of clients
    • Transforming client-approved creative concepts into brand new campaign assets for advertising campaigns on channels such as Facebook and Google
    • Producing iterations of best performing assets on Paid Search and Paid Social channels, in order to continually maintain and improve campaign performance
    • Supporting ad hoc design projects (such as landinging page builds, email design, internal branding, whitepaper design etc.) and work on projects to help improve the department
    • Putting yourself in the shoes of lots of different audiences, and adjust your designs to suit each brand and user segment – from funny and provocative to austere and sophisticated
    • Design assistance for automation tools


    • 2-3 years of experience as UX/UI Designer or similar role
    • Upper-Intermediate English
    • A strong design portfolio demonstrating digital design across various customer touch points
    • Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator
    • Deep knowledge of FIGMA and other tools to create and maintain a comprehensive and consistent design system
    • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
    • Knowledge of AfterAffects is a plus
    • Experience working on motion and graphic designs for social media and paid search advertising is a plus
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    12:00 pm – 8:00 pm (Mon – Thursday). 12:00 – 6:00 pm (Fridays), Short Summer Fridays (June-August 12:00-16:00)
    Salary range for this position is based on prior experience and qualifications. Currently due to the Covid 19 pandemic, all interviews are being held remotely and no in-person interviews are available.
