For a large infrastructural project in the Amsterdam Area, we are looking for a Superintendent ((Hoofd) Uitvoerder).

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the on-site construction team
• Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
• Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Ensuring quality standards are met.
• Keep track of material stock and orders
• Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Maintaining written records such as daily field reports, field orders, etc.
• Making safety-reports, Workplace-inspections and do toolbox-meetings

• Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
• Blueprint reading.
• Monitoring jobsite general health and safety

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience on complex (Dutch) infrastructural works
• Experience with / knowledge of sewerage, paving and/or foundation works
