    You will work for Worldline’s Merchant Services Global Business Line. This is a major international player in end-to-end Commercial Acquiring, Multichannel Payment Acceptance and Payment Terminal solutions. Merchant Services’ unique combination of payment, digital and transactional expertise allows merchants to boost sales and enhance the customer experience.

    We cover the full retail value chain, online and in-store, through a complete approach, delivering a real digital journey for retailers and their customers and facilitating consumer engagement, via seamless services, on any device – with payment at the heart of the shopping experience.


    Department description

    The product management department within Worldline’s Merchant Services develops and manages our Global Online Payments product portfolio. The UX Design team is part of the product department. We work closely with various teams and stakeholders to define and improve the user experience for our products.


    Role Description

    As a UI designer you will deliver appealing designs that improve the lives of our clients and their customers. In this role you will shape our existing and future product portfolio and help shape the future of online payments. You will work closely together with UX designers, product managers, product owners and (frontend) developers) You are key in defining the future of UI Design within Worldline.


    What a typical day will look like for you:

    • You’ll have a chance to use your creativity on new designs.
    • You’ll get the chance to build upon and improve upon our worldwide brand.
    • You’ll work closely with UX Designers, product owners and developers.
    • Together with the UX Designer you will translate complex processes into appealing screens that people get right away and that will delight them.
    • You’ll have the freedom to come up with innovative solutions.
    • Together with the UX Designer you will create building blocks that define how our clients experience our products.
    • You will validate your designs with real users to see if you improve their work.
    • You are an active member of the UX Design community


    About you:

    • You like to solve complex issues and create designs that help people become more productive.
    • You are creative and curious
    • You are constantly looking to improve the products you are working on.
    • You have experience with designing and implementing micro interaction with animation
    • You have 2-5 years experience working as a UI Designer.
    • You can communicate your design decisions clearly to different audiences.
    • You have experience in UX Design and a good understanding of web usability You have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite products, Figma and other design tools.
    • You have experience in working with Scrum teams and tools like Jira and Confluence
    • You are able to work in a changing environment and see this as a positive challenge
    • You have an online portfolio showing not just end results, but how you work
    • You have good communication skills in English
    • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands
