1. Cooperate with sales staff to explain pre-sales product technology,
product presentation and answer technical questions;
2. Responsible for product support in overseas markets, including
troubleshooting, technical consultation, etc.;
3. Responsible for technical training and technical document output
for overseas branches and customers;
4. Responsible for summarizing and analyzing industry products and
solutions, promote the improvement of product quality and solution
competitiveness, and the continuous improvement of user experience.
1、Customer service oriented, strong sense of responsibility and initiative；
2、Strong written, verbal and troubleshooting skill；
3、Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
4、Technical background on network, electronics or relative；
5、Ability to travel as needed to customer sites;
6、Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
