Imagine that you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the whole ‘Operations Control’ chain to help ensure Operational Excellence for Operations WR. You do so by executing a wide range of reconciliations, investigating root causes for breaks and ensuring these breaks are assigned to and resolved by the relevant departments timely.
You and your job
Together with the team, we perform daily reconciliations for all our stakeholders and investigate the root causes for the outstanding breaks. You have a cooperative and grow mindset. You understand the value chain, and you are able to manage complex dossiers from beginning to the end in close consultation with the relevant stakeholders. You are stress tolerant and ready to handle standard/complex exceptions on a daily basis. Continuous Improvement is part of your DNA and you have an excellent client focus.

Operations Control & Service is responsible for overseeing timely and correct booking and settlement of Financial Markets and Corporate Banking Services transactions. We execute a wide range of reconciliations for the Rabobank Group worldwide and investigate the root causes of differences stemming from these reconciliations. The department has a well-established and strong position within Operations WR.
The department focuses on managing a highly efficient process flow whilst managing and minimizing operational risks delivering excellent service to our clients.

Financial reconciliation experience
Good command of Dutch & English both spoken and written
Yellow Belt Certified
Advanced excel skills/office 365/Teams and Sharepoint
Financial market knowledge (product and calculations)

This is what we offer you
A salary between €2.820,00 and €4.027,38 on the basis 36 hours a week (scale 7)
Thirteenth month’s salary and 8% holiday allowance
An extra budget of 10% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
A budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
A combination of working from home and at the office
