Inbound Customer Service Advisor fluent in Slovenian - 'About You'

About You is an ambitious and fast-growing e-commerce company. The core is the online shop, which was launched in May 2014.
The aim is to change the e-commerce market throughout Europe in a sustainable way and to make fashion shopping more inspiring and exciting to the young target group.
What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Advisor for 'About You' you will handle issues, advise customers by telephone and / or e-mail in the Slovenian language, and provide high-quality services as expected from a reputable fashion brand. To be successful in your role, you need natural self-confidence and empathy in order to be able to help out customers. You have a passion for fashion and you support customers with their purchases.
Manage customer requests by telephone, email and online
Enhance customer experience by providing outstanding service
Building a rapport with customers to help them with inquiries including; order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns, sizing and quality queries
Suggesting alternative products when necessary and managing multiple tasks to promptly resolve customer queries
Suggesting process improvements in order to increase brand loyalty and sales as well as to enhance customer experience
Updating systems with information to support marketing, retail and other teams in improving further customer service and satisfaction.
What do you need to have?
Fluency in the Slovenian language and good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing
Prior working experience in a call center or / and fashion shop is a plus
An MBO background as a minimum level of studies
Passion with fashion and e-commerce
Availability to work 40 hours a week in rotating shifts (including some evenings and weekends)
Positive attitude and strong customer focus
Good computer skills
Excellent communication skills

Full-time contract of 40 hours
Gross salary 1922 per month (including Language Bonus)
Attendance bonus system (700 euros gross per year)
