    In order to support our customer’s continuously growing operation we are looking for a strong and experienced Training Coordinator covering EMEA.
    Our customer is a company in the High-Tech Industry. Together with our customer we strive to make this a world class leading logistics operation. Are you the Training Coordinator we are looking for and do you have the drive, enthusiasm, people and customer focus that we need in order to bring our training culture and our high-quality standards to the next level?

    In this role you are responsible for mapping out annual training plans for our account across EMEA and design and develop training programs. You dettermine appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training.etc) to ensure employees have the best opportunity for success in their execution of OPS processes.
    You facilitate a continuous feedback loop with all operational teams to provide feedback and improvement suggestions on work instructions and facilitate and lead train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.

    Other responsibilities:

    • Create functional area specific training plans for both WH and DC teams throughout the EMEA region
    • Design and deploy region specific training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
    • Using current and effective learning and development principles, introduce new training strategies to increase operational performance against KPIs.
    • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
    • Collaborate with regional SMEs and cross functional process stakeholders regarding training content and deployment methods being used.
    • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records by functional area and site level.
    • Research and recommend new training modalities.

    What are you bringing as a Training Coordinator:

    • Minimum 5+ years work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role, preferably in logistics.
    • Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
    • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
    • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
    • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
    • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
    • Experience with e-learning platforms
    • MS Office proficiency
    • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
    • Strong communication skills, fluent in English
