    Job Description

    The key responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:

    • Providing reports regarding training & development of personnel
    • HR systems implementation, administration & maintenance
    • Arranging and coordinating training sessions
    • Monitor and maintaining up-to-date personnel records
    • Implementation of competence management and development within the organisation
    • Monitor, review and develop the performance appraisal and assessment systems and identifies follow-up/improvement measures
    • Participates and contributes to internal and external company audits
    • Providing administrative support to the team as required

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, talent development or a related field
    • Minimum 1-2 year(s) of relevant work experience
    • Experience working with personnel (data management) software
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Proactive with a can-do mentality
    • Good communication skills
    • Excellent time management & organisational skills
    • Immediately available
