Reporting into the Head of Sales Enablement, you’ll be part of the Commerce Optimisation team. In this role, you support sales enablement services like training, coaching, content and communication across the organisation. This role will act as a crucial point of contact for stakeholders inside and outside the sales enablement ecosystem, overseeing administration and operational processes, monitoring and measuring results, and coordinating related /supporting projects.
What you'll be doing
Assist in management and organization of various enablement programs across the commercial teams, such as Commerce training, e-learning, webinars
Ensuring a great onboarding experience for new hires by managing the process end-to-end, including e.g. ensuring trainer availability, scheduling, providing access rights to the new Mollies and collecting feedback
Coordinate training and development sessions (both virtual and on-site) and be the main point of of contact for stakeholders on these topics
Track and measure the usage and results of (onboarding) training programs, content and tooling, through surveys, usage statistics, and stakeholder feedback
Administer and maintain updated knowledge within our internal Learning Management System and Confluence
Assist with identifying needs in sales organization and influencing and creating training content to improve results.
Develop of internal Communication documents, including newsletters, handouts and emails, to inform team members of important changes.
