    Training and Communications Coordinator

    As the Enablement Coordinator you will help support the development and delivery of training curricula to different audiences across the company throughout Europe by coordinating, creating, and maintaining all employee orientation, training, content, coaching, and certification needs including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on training deployment and effectiveness.
    Reporting into the EMEA Enablement Manager, this role will involve working closely with internal support teams, field teams, and site leadership. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and creative individual, who can collaborate well with facilitators, instructional designers, and operations teams.
    This role is primarily focused on the coordination of enablement activities for field-based learners, facilitators, and locations along with any support necessary to conduct sessions while also coordinating and managing related/supporting projects centrally at Headquarters.
    The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate flexibility in the face of shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority simultaneously are crucial for success. Up to 25% travel could be required at times based on business needs.

    You will:

      • Strategically plan, implement, and track onboarding, enablement, and training initiatives including but not limited to instructor led training, virtual learning webinars, coaching sessions, planning meetings
      • Record training metrics and draft insightful summary reports
      • Project Manage organizational initiatives
      • Assist new employees with tools & account creation
      • Conduct training and development needs analysis
      • Create schedules & communications to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met
      • Coordinate with cross functional business partners including Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to lead training initiatives in support of their strategies
      • Help develop and deliver supporting content for Instructor-led and Virtual sessions including change management interventions, train-the-trainer workshops, and sales training
      • Maintain LMS creating and assigning training paths, tracking training programs
      • Document feedback and audit results to help the Enablement team identify strengths as well as area of improvement

    You bring:

      • 1+ years of coordination and/or project management experience
      • Training / Coaching / Learning & Development experience
      • Customer Service / Support experience
      • Fluency in English and another European language or Arabic
      • Content Management experience
      • Proficient with Mac OS
      • Proficient with Microsoft 365
      • Prior experience managing program ROI, metrics evaluation and reporting on program deliverables
      • Advantageous
      • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
      • Advanced knowledge of sustainable energy and electric vehicle industry
      • Project Management certification and/or experience
      • LMS Administration experience
      • prior experience in retail or a direct sales environment or working closely with a sales audience
