Trade office support
You will be located in Bunge’s Amsterdam Crushing and Refining Facility and you will support the commercial, supply chain and HR teams with administrative duties while optimizing and innovating processes. The core of your responsibilities will be to improve engagement across teams due to efficient admin work and events and ensure efficient processes with minimal errors.
More about the role:
Be the main person of contact for Accounts Payable and Receivable with internal departments and avoid mismanagement of customer blocks and credit limits
Create orders and manage invoices in the system for HR, Supply Chain and Commercial
Report Overtime and Sick Leave and align/report to HR
Organize team building, customer events, company outings, birthday gifts, etc.
Manage quality claims, quality reporting and sampling request for customers and internal requests
Provide support to improvement projects and commitments requiring a good understanding of customer service practices and procedures
Create new customers in the system with proper checks and internal alignment with commercial and supply chain teams
Create load orders and load numbers for efficient handling of our product off-take, while aligning with customers
Organize and prepare sustainability certificates and communicate accordingly with customers
Who are you You would describe yourself as an openminded person with good communication skills and customer support attitude. Driving cooperation is a key element of this role, therefor this role requires an outgoing, people-oriented person who loves to make connections and is able to kindly drive topics forward with a pro-active, pragmatic and customer friendly approach.
More about you
At least an MBO level
2+ years of experience in an operational support role
Experience with reporting and administration software is good to have and SAP is a plus
Fluent the Dutch language and you can also get by well in English
You have great organization skills and attention to details
