    Heineken Experience – Tour Employee

    As tour employee you will be receiving guests and internal and external relations of HEINEKEN and others by being the ultimate brand ambassador. By creating lasting memories and exceeding expectations of Heineken Experience tour guests, you represent and reinforce the image of The Heineken Company and its products and services.


    Your work environment

    Heineken Experience is a bustling attraction and event venue in the heart of Amsterdam. The former brewery welcomes over 1MIL every year and numerous events are hosted in the state of the art meeting and events centre. The Heineken Experience is growing and will continue the competition with the biggest tourist attraction in Amsterdam.


    Key Responsibilities

    Being an ultimate host for visitors

    • Welcoming guests with a positive appearance and act as the ultimate Heineken ambassador
    • Handle questions and/or complains of guests on a correct, in time and customer-friendly manner, independently, or in consultation with the Floor Manager
    • Guide the VIP Tour for specific groups according to operations schedule

    Operations & security

    • Working on the day to day operations on key positions in the tour, e.g. info desk, cash desk, brew you coordinator, entrance host, best damn bar coordinator and brew room.
    • Be aware of the safety within the HEX and identify and inform the Floor Manager pro-actively about possible risks and safety improvements
    • Taking care of a clean and representative work environment
    • Provide first aid support when needed (BHV)
    • Being up to speed on the HACCP and ARBO-Precautions and translating daily work-environment
    • Identify and inform the Floor Manager pro-actively about possible process and tour improvements

    Being an ultimate role model

    • Guidance to Flex workers and act as an ultimate role model
    • Cooperate in a positive way with the Floor Manager, other tour employees and flex workers
    • Being the ultimate draught master, understanding the techniques and knowledge of Heineken beer

    Your Profile

    • MBO, preferably Hospitality
    • Experience in a service-oriented role / Hospitality / Dynamic environment
    • Strong storyteller skills
    • Languages: English / Preferably more
    • HEINEKEN Experience is 365 days open on an annual base. Your flexible availability during the evening, weekend and holidays is required.
