You will be responsible for the customer contacts related to orders and deliveries. Process all incoming orders in an accurate manner. Handle all customers’ requests and notify situations where the service can be improved. Contributes to improve service to customers through the proper order processing, claim handling and correct communication.

Main tasks will be:

• End-to-end customer care (i.e. provide order status, invoicing/claims, monitor stock status, etc.);
• Order taking and acceptance;
• Interaction with 3PL;
• Correct set-up and maintenance of customer Master Data;

Requirements

What do you need to bring to the work floor?

• At least 2 years experience within a B2B Customer Service related position;
• Good knowledge of SAP;
• Professional level of English;
• Independent, communicative and customer friendly personality;
• You must be available from the 3 January to 30 June 2022
• 40 hours a week is preferred;

Working conditions

This is a temporary project, where you will be working via Undutchables. The contract can be extended after June, but that depends on the circumstance.
